Faith for the searching soul…
You may be wondering if there is more to this life.
Wishing that you could escape the struggles of this life
Or simply looking for peace
But you are not quite sure where to begin
You keep striving for happiness, joy, and wholeness
But it never comes.
When it does come, it’s only temporary
And you still feel a void
Well, let me tell you, my friend
The reason it seems like everything is still empty
It is because of a lack of faith.
We are living in a faithless generation
And the majority wonder why things are not going the way they expect.
The reason that things are not happening as they should
It is because we do not have faith.
My Realization
See, all my life I thought I had faith
But after spending time seeking knowledge and wisdom
I discovered the truth
And I came to realization that I too was faithless
Like the majority of people in this world.
You see, the Bible calls us to have faith
But many do not even know what faith is.
And those who do don’t live it out.
After spending years and decades going to church
Trying to be a good “Christian” by doing good deeds
“The right things”
I never knew what faith truly means
Which I found odd and wrong
Given that it is the only way to please God, our Creator.
The Bible says that nothing can please God except faith.
“Without faith, it is impossible to please God.” Hebrews 11:6
So if most people don’t have faith
Then they are not pleasing God.
And if you are not pleasing Him, then you will continue
To miss the mark.
So, what is faith?
According to the Bible, Hebrews 11:1
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
And according to our dictionary, it says
Faith is a confident belief in the truth, values,
Or the trustworthiness of a person, idea, or thing.
Faith is a belief that does not rest on logical proof or material evidence.
It is loyalty to a person or thing.
It is belief and trust in God.
Therefore, we can see that based on both descriptions
Faith is a requirement for believing.
All you need….
We all have heard the great biblical stories on faith
If not all, then most people know of these stories
Such as myself, but I have never applied those words in my life.
Stories such as Abraham, who was called a man of faith,
To Jesus Christ, who did many miracles and wonders
Because the people had faith.
Not just because of his divine powers, but that He did these things
But it was the people’s faith.
The Bible calls us to be imitators of the word and be doers of the word
But how can we do it if we are not taught?
When we hear these stories or read the verses,
We think that those people had faith
And even wish we were in that timeline so we could experience
Those miracles
But what if I were to tell you that
You can start experiencing all that and more now
All you need to have is faith.
What can Faith do?
Faith is your superpower.
With faith, you can overcome all circumstances
And reach your full potential.
Faith gives you the ability to move mountains
It’s not just a Bible verse.
It is the truth!
If you have faith as small as a mustard seed,
Mountains can move, and your life can change.
Faith is key to your freedom.
It can remove you from your bondage and set you free.
And if you will be free forever.
My Sole Purpose
I have asked God to teach me on how to have faith
And I have learned a lot
And ever since I have been set free spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically.
And it is my sole purpose to help you
And anyone that comes my path to have faith
As long as they are willing.
When I look around
I see a big problem in our communities, especially the religious ones.
I see that people are suffering due to their lack of faith.
And yet we have many organizations that know the truth
But they keep it to themselves
And do not teach it to others.
They let the faithless remain as they are
While they live better off
Which I think is wrong.
At the same time, I do not judge them at all
Because we are called, as individuals, to seek the truth for ourselves.
And when you do
“Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” John 8:32
So friend, I’ll say it again—because you need to hear it:
Because of your faith… it will happen.
